The hotel location is convenient, nestled between downtown and Puerto Panuela/Circuito Chico, providing a good balance. The rooms, while not as spacious as expected, guarantee a pleasant stay despite some noise issues due to the wooden flooring. The service received from the staff, especially Ignacio, was outstanding, adding a personal touch to the experience. Dining options were varied, and the hotel's facilities were adequate, though the location could benefit from a refurbishment.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, like a suite, with a kitchen on the bottom level and a cozy sleeping room with huge windows and a fireplace upstairs. The hotel even offered a jacuzzi, wood-burning fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, and stunning views. The service was top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring both downtown and Puerto Panuela/Circuito Chico. The dining experience was enjoyable with a lovely view, and the facilities were great overall.

Staying at this hotel felt like having our own little private bungalow. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with modern furniture and charming decoration.
